Jeff was hired by my father to help with my mothers Estate. My father, who is a wonderful man, but an older gentlemen and is not very tech saavy. Jeff went out of his way to personally meet with my father on the important issues. Jeff knew the Estate process, and worked well with Dad's Attorney. We were very satisfied with Jeff and Sevin as they truly went out of their way to help our family in selling the property that had been in our family since 1966!

My husband's Mother passed away in April. Our attorney had suggested we contact three real estate brokers to discuss selling Mom's house. We interviewed them all, and even though all were very good (I see why they were all recommended), we went with Jeff and his team because he obviously new the process of working with the attorney and the probate system very well. He was able to handle ALL aspects of the sale. He arranged for the Estate Sale, the cleaning of the property, the marketing of the property and the closing. He did a great job. Jeff Gaddis made the entire process of selling & buying a great experience. He was always knowledgeable, honest, and friendly. He worked hard to make this as easy a move could be. We had problems with carpet installation and Jeff got involved which helped to resolve the problems. Jeff was available to meet with an inspector when we were not and also a plumber. He even brought boxes for packing! He went beyond the duty of a real estate agent and now we consider him to be a wonderful friend for life.
